Meet Our Team
Palmer Nelson
BA, RDH
37 years ago Palmer started her journey as a Dental Hygienist! Her most significant accomplishment has been her volunteer Board member/ President position with the Canadian Dental Hygienists Association, serving as a voice for all Canadians for accessible and affordable oral healthcare! She was recently recognized and awarded the Dalhousie University School of Dentristry, Outstanding Alumni Award. She believes that everyone deserves to have a healthy mouth and a beautiful bright smile.
Sydney Nelson
RDH
Sydney has been providing dental hygiene services for 8 years. She currently is a contract hygienist with Indigenous Services Canada in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. She has a passion for accessible oral health care and has been providing mobile oral health care primarily on the South Shore of Nova Scotia for 3 years. Outside of work you are most likely to find her on or near the ocean with her side-kick Oscar the Golden Retriever.
